The Full Story
MND started in a time when the world was shutting down and people were isolated form one another. Sports had come to a complete stop and referees who were used to the on the go life style found themselves sitting idol at home. In April of 2020 Nate and Jessica got together with a few referees to do a prayer call. The first prayer call was zoom bombed and failed, the enemy didn’t want it to happen. But God had other plans.
We continued to gather on zoom every Monday night to
pray for our nation, fellow referees, our local communities
and connect with others with a heart for Jesus in the
officiating community. The need for connection was so
strong that the zoom call continued and kept going. What
started as a prayer call has turned into a weekly devotional,
an upcoming MND retreat, daily devotionals tailored to
referees on the YouVersion Bible App and lasting
relationships with Christ at the center. MND is Christ
centered and tailored for officials, by officials. We hope that
you will join our community.
